November Corocoro (October 10th) Analysis!

10 October 2014

That’s right, Corocoro leaked a couple days early, but we don’t mind, we’re hungry for information!

Mega Beedrill
First off, Mega Beedrill is revealed! He remains Bug/Poison, but now gets the Adaptability ability. His Bug and Poison type moves now do 50% more damage.
I like this design a lot, exactly how I wished Beedrill would look like if it ever got a Mega.

Mega Pidgeot
Next, we have the one and only bird jesus, Mega Pidgeot.
Mega Pidgeot gets No Guard, abusing Hurricane and Heat Wave so they will always hit!

Mega Latios and Mega Latias
Mega Latias and Mega Latios are finally officially confirmed! You can now fly them in the overworld, discovering new islands and wild Pokémon.
With this revealed, I hope we finally get to see new Fly animations, in which we can see the region from above.

Mega Latios and Mega Latias
It is confirmed we can catch Dialga, Palkia, Zekrom and Reshiram! By flying on Mega Lati@s’ back, you can find clouds and islands exclusive to the legendary Pokémon. The black cloud on the Hoenn Map turns out to be Zekrom’s cloud, and all the islands around Hoenn are now habited by legendary Pokémon. This also explains why there were a lot of clouds covering Hoenn, they’re a new game aspect and Pokémon are hidden inside!

Mega Latios and Mega Latias
The Eon Ticket is back! First distributed in 2002 in Ruby and Sapphire, they are now used for the exact same purposes. With the Eon Ticket, you can go to Southern Island, where you can find Latias in Omega Ruby, and Latios in Alpha Sapphire. I believe that is also where you can find their respective Mega Stones.

Latias roams Hoenn in Alpha Sapphire, and Latios roams Hoenn in Omega Ruby.
